Delete Your Account

You can delete your SAC EJC app account and its data at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1: In the app
- Open the SAC EJC app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: Without the app
Email techsupport@cityoftreestech.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." You don't need to have the app installed. We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We complete requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, password, and full name.
- If you ask us to, your contact form submissions (name, email, phone, subject, message) and Join form submissions (name, email, phone, ZIP code, interests, message).
We do not keep any of this data after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep it.
What we don't hold
Donations go through PayPal. We never receive your card or bank details. To manage PayPal data, contact PayPal directly.
